Due to the nature of its extreme core fabric and the coating process, it is inevitable that minor surface defects occur. Small holes, up to 1 cm/ 0.4 inches in the core fabric of the fire blankets are natural due to the sewing method. This does not alter the purpose of the fire blankets.

Customer who wish to file a claim should notify All County Fire Solutions in writing within the warranty period of any claim under this warranty. An approved warranty reclamation will grant a replacement of the product. If you have any questions, please get in touch!

Fire blankets should be stored in the bag it came with. To ensure the bag stays air tight, maintain the zipper on a semi regular basis with silicone grease. This will prevent smell and toxic gases from coming out of the bag.
